Standard shipping takes about 5 to 7 business days during the regular season. In December and June, shipping times may take longer. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee on orders of more than $100.
We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. If the order can’t be rerouted to you within 24 hours, we’ll refund the shipping charges.

Due to the nature of our limited releases and exclusive designs, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@emotdisc.com, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
